As a team, you and I can reach your targets and achieve your goals. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging. But with a helping hand and guidance from a personal trainer like myself, WE can make that happen. I consider myself a highly motivational trainer, who always wants to achieve the best out of myself and my clients. No matter what age, size, body shape, gender, colour, ethnicity we are all human and we can all achieve whatever we put our minds to. I am here to help you. So let’s get to work!

You might be wondering why I have chosen the name “Absolute Fitness” and not gone with the standard “Josh Henry PT”. That is because I have a vision of building this brand into a national fitness success. I want everybody to know what absolute fitness is and I want to help them achieve absolute fitness.

Personal training

Dedicated 1-2-1 or partnerned personal training sessions, absolutely focused on your goals and ambitions. Helping you achieve Absolute Fitness, physically and mentally. Based at Simply Gym in Coventry.

ONLINE COACHING

We offer online packages for you to follow at the gym, at home or even on holiday. We will be here for you 24/7 as your personal online coach with full bespoke workout plans and progression updates.

BOOTCAMPS

We have a range of intense group classes we organise every week, from HIIT to our weekly bootcamps. We even have an outdoor experience in the summer to really sweat it out!

4 WEEK PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

You can choose from either 1 session a week or 2 sessions a week depending on your goals. After an initial consultation where we discuss exactly what you are aiming to achieve, I will then be able to plan us appropriate sessions to undertake at the gym. Over these 4 weeks you will learn a lot about form and technique whilst seeing and feeling progress physically and mentally. Are you ready to achieve?
